(a) A person commits the crime of unlicensed manufacturing if the person knowingly operates a
(1) brewery without a brewery manufacturer license;
(2) winery without a winery manufacturer license; or
(3) distillery without a distillery manufacturer license.
(b) Unlicensed manufacturing is a class A misdemeanor.
