Upon termination of a license under AS 38.05.705 or a lease under AS 38.05.715 or 38.05.720, a licensee or lessee shall promptly remove all improvements and equipment, except as otherwise approved in writing by the commissioner, and shall restore the land to a condition that is approved by the commissioner.
