AS 44.83.043: Officers and employees.

The authority may, as the authority considers advisable, appoint persons as officers, including an executive director, and employ professional advisors, counsel, technical experts, agents, and other employees. The executive director and employees of the authority are in the exempt service under AS 39.25.
