Ala. Code § 15-13-3.1: Pretrial Supervision of Certain Offenders by the Board of Pardons and Paroles as a Condition of Bond.

(a) Notwithstanding any provision of law, a judge may order, as a condition of bond, that a defendant charged with any offense listed in Section 15-13-3, be supervised by the Board of Pardons and Paroles

(b) The board shall adopt rules necessary to implement the requirements of this section.
