Ala. Code § 16-26D-2: Definitions.

For the purposes of this chapter, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

(1) DEPARTMENT. The State Department of Education.

(2) SCHOOL. The Alabama School of Cyber Technology and Engineering.

(3) STATE BOARD. The State Board of Education.

(4) SUPERINTENDENT. The State Superintendent of Education.
