Ala. Code § 2-7A-6: Exemption from Municipal Ordinances and Rules.

The Agriculture Exhibition Center Corporation and all property in which it has any ownership, leasehold, or other interest, direct or indirect, is exempt from all municipal ordinances and rules, including zoning ordinances, unless the corporation consents to the application of ordinance or rule.
