Ala. Code § 27-10-22: Endorsement of Surplus Line Contract.

Every insurance contract procured and delivered as a surplus line coverage pursuant to this article shall bear the name and license number of the surplus line broker who procured it and shall have stamped upon it the following:

“This contract is registered and delivered as a surplus line coverage under the Alabama Surplus Line Insurance Law.”
