Ala. Code § 32-8-80: Exceptions from Provisions of Article.

This article does not apply to the following unless a title certificate has been issued on such vehicles under this chapter:

(1) A vehicle moved solely by animal power;

(2) An implement of husbandry;

(3) Special mobile equipment; and

(4) A self-propelled wheelchair or invalid tricycle.
