Ala. Code § 45-1-100.02: Insuring School Buildings and Property.

In accordance with Section 41-15-1, the Autauga County Board of Education may insure school buildings and property through the State Insurance Fund or with an insurance company, which in the opinion of the board, provides the best coverage for the school buildings and property.
