Ala. Code § 45-14-250: Emergency Telephone Service Charges.

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, including, but not limited to, Section 11-98-5, the Clay County Commission may increase the emergency telephone service charges to an amount up to one dollar fifty cents ($1.50).
