Ala. Code § 45-24-82.30: Disposition of Funds.

Any and all revenues generated, either directly or indirectly, due to the use of or access to the improved recording, archiving, and retrieving system shall be paid directly into the general fund of the county. These funds shall be used at the discretion of the judge of probate.
