Ala. Code § 45-27-100: Compensation and Expenses.

(a) Beginning May 1, 2018, members of the Board of Education of Escambia County shall each receive as compensation from the public school funds of the county eight hundred dollars ($800) per month for attending meetings of the board and transacting the business of the board.

(b) Expenses shall be paid to the board members as presently provided for by law.
