Ala. Code § 45-3-242.08: Compensation of Supernumerary Revenue Commissioner.

(a) Beginning October 1, 2025, the supernumerary revenue commissioner of Barbour County serving on October 1, 2025, shall receive an annual salary of thirty-seven thousand one hundred twenty-five dollars ($37,125), paid in equal monthly installments from the county general fund.

(b) Any compensation paid to the supernumerary revenue commissioner prior to October 1, 2025, is hereby ratified and confirmed.
