Ala. Code § 45-31-122: Transfers to New County Personnel System.

Upon the effective date of a new county personnel system adopted by the Geneva County Commission, the employees of Geneva County on that date under the existing civil service system shall be transferred in their status to the new personnel system, and Parts 1 and 2 of this article, providing for the existing civil service system in the county, are repealed.
