Ala. Code § 45-36-241: Relief from Obligations Incurred in Relation to Excessive Homestead Exemptions.

Each member of the Board of Equalization of Jackson County shall be paid a total of thirty dollars ($30) per diem for each day’s attendance upon the session of the board. Any portion of this amount not paid by the state shall be paid from the general fund of the county.
