Ala. Code § 45-40-233.72: Failure to Remain Within Confinement.

Any individual released under Section 45-40-233.70 or ordered confined under Section 45-40-233.71, who willfully fails to remain within the extended limits of his or her confinement or to return to the place of confinement as ordered, shall be subject to conviction and punishment for escape as provided in Section 14-8-42.
