Ala. Code § 45-41-260.02: Jurisdiction of Commission.

The jurisdiction of the commission shall extend to all areas of the county outside the boundaries of municipal corporations, unless a municipality expressly requests by resolution to have the jurisdiction of the commission extend into its corporate area.
