The County Commission of Limestone County shall make provisions for health, hospitalization, surgical, and medical insurance for county employees retired under the Employees’ Retirement System of Alabama, and may pay all or any part of the cost thereof or the premiums thereon from any funds in the county treasury not otherwise appropriated.
