Ala. Code § 45-44-190: Application for Passage of Local Legislation; Identification.

No person or persons shall advertise notice of intention to apply for passage of local legislation affecting Macon County in the Legislature of Alabama unless such person or persons shall be identified by name and address and shall clearly state whether such person or persons are members of the Legislature or are not members of the Legislature.
