Ala. Code § 45-45-233.34: Forfeiture of Cash or Security.

All forfeitures of cash or other security deposited with the clerk of any court, and all deposits otherwise retained pursuant to this subpart shall be paid over to the Madison County Work Release and Pretrial Release Fund hereby created, to be used to implement this subpart.
