Ala. Code § 45-45-243.01: Disposition of Funds - Senior Citizens’ Prescription Drug Program.

The first twelve thousand dollars ($12,000) received by the Madison County Commission, pursuant to paragraph t. of subdivision (2) of subsection (c) of Section 28-3-190, from the excise tax on beer shall be distributed monthly by the county commission to fund the Senior Citizens’ Prescription Drug Program in the county.
