Ala. Code § 45-45-82.31: Transfer of Materials.

The state, counties, and state agencies have the authority to transfer, give, or lend books, or property, and materials to the Madison County Law Library; and the county law library has the authority to transfer books, property, and materials to the state, counties, state agencies, and to other county law libraries in the state on a voluntary basis.
