Ala. Code § 45-48-70.08: Commission Members Bonded.

Each member of the commission, before entering upon the duties of his or her office, shall execute a good and sufficient bond, in the same amount; with the same conditions, which must be approved in the same manner, and must qualify in the same manner in all respects, except in so far as the same may be inconsistent with this subpart, as is provided under the general laws of the State of Alabama for boards of revenue, courts of county commissioners, or other like governing bodies.
