Ala. Code § 45-48-82: Expense and Automobile Allowance.

The District Attorney of the Twenty-seventh Judicial Circuit shall receive, in addition to any other compensation and in addition to any county supplement provided by law, an annual expense and automobile allowance of three hundred dollars ($300) per month to be paid from the District Attorney’s Fund of the Twenty-seventh Judicial Circuit.
