Ala. Code § 45-49-102.03: Mobile County High School Renamed Grand Bay High School.

In Mobile County, Mobile County High School shall henceforth be officially named and called Grand Bay High School. This section in no manner shall alter the powers, duties, property, personnel, function, or liability of the school. Provided, however, that those office supplies which bear the present letterhead of the school shall continue to be used, without regard to the change herein prescribed, until the supplies need reordering at which time replacements therefor shall reflect the school’s new official name.
