Ala. Code § 45-49-110.01: No Registration Within 15 Days Prior to Elections.

The Board of Registrars of Mobile County, or their duly authorized deputies, shall not register any person as a qualified elector within 15 days prior to any election; provided, that the board shall maintain an open office during business days in such 15-day period and on election day during the hours of voting.
