Ala. Code § 45-49-120.30: Use of Public Buildings.

It shall be the duty of all officers of the county and city to allow the reasonable use of buildings and rooms and to heat and light the same for the holding of any examinations of investigations provided for by this part, and in all proper ways to facilitate the work of the department.
