Ala. Code § 45-49-235.12: Forfeiture of Cash or Security.

All forfeitures of cash or other security deposited with the clerk of any court, and all deposits otherwise retained pursuant to this part shall be paid over to the Mobile County Pretrial Release and Jail Diversion Fund hereby created, to be used to implement this part.
