Ala. Code § 45-49-40.03: Rulemaking Authority.

(a) The board shall have authority to make reasonable rules for the administration of this part. Copies of all rules adopted by the board shall be furnished to each barber and each barber school or college.

(b) No rule may be adopted or amended at the same meeting at which it is proposed.

(c) All rules adopted hereunder shall have the same force and effect of law unless set aside by a court of competent jurisdiction or repealed by the board.
