The authority of the board pursuant to this part shall not conflict with present or future regulations or policies of any agency of the State of Alabama or of the federal government. The implementation of this part shall not repeal or supersede the requirements or enforcement of subdivision regulations promulgated by the county pursuant to Chapter 24 of Title 11.
