Ala. Code § 45-49A-65.03: Distribution of Tax Proceeds.

The board shall have the power and it shall be its duty to distribute to the various member associations the tax proceeds as provided in Section 45-49A-65.05. The board shall have all other powers necessary to effect the purposes for which it has been established.
