Ala. Code § 45-49A-81: Municipal Employees Pension and Relief Fund.

There is hereby created and provided for in the City of Prichard, Alabama, a special fund to be known as the Municipal Employees Pension and Relief Fund, which shall exist and be maintained for the benefit of the persons hereinafter referred to and shall be derived and raised in the manner hereinafter provided.
