Ala. Code § 45-51-220.08: Hunting Preserve - Enforcement of Game and Fish Laws.

Duly authorized agents of the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, game wardens, and other law enforcement officers duly authorized to enforce game and fish laws shall have the authority to enforce all game and fish laws and regulations on such preserves; and for such purposes are authorized to enter and inspect licensed hunting preserves.
