Ala. Code § 45-51A-32.22: Board of Trustees - Composition.

The Board of Trustees of the Montgomery Firefighters Pension Fund shall consist of the chief, or other person acting in such capacity, of such fire department of the city, and five other members of the fire department of the city, who shall be selected as is hereinafter set forth and provided. The president of the governing body of the city shall be an ex officio member of the board of trustees with the right to vote on any matter before the board.
