Ala. Code § 45-52-160: Expenditure of Public Funds; Purchase Lease, Etc., of Goods and Services.

The Morgan County Commission shall be authorized to expend public funds and to purchase, lease, or otherwise acquire goods and services in accordance with such rules, regulations, and procedures as may be adopted by the Morgan County Commission consistent with the general laws of this state pertaining to the expenditure of public funds and the purchase, lease, or other acquisition of goods and services by county commissions.
