Ala. Code § 45-52-81.02: Salary Supplement - Supernumerary Clerk.

In Morgan County, in addition to any and all other compensation, salary, and expense allowances provided by law, the supernumerary clerk of the circuit court shall receive a supplemental salary of four thousand eight hundred dollars ($4,800) per annum. Such supplemental salary shall be payable from the general fund of the county in equal monthly installments.
