Ala. Code § 45-52-81.06: Salary Supplement - Confidential Employee.

(a) The Morgan County Commission may appropriate county funds to supplement the salary paid by the State of Alabama to the confidential employee assigned to the presiding judge of the Eighth Judicial Circuit.

(b) The supplemental funds the Morgan County Commission appropriates for the purposes of subsection (a) shall be paid in the same manner as other funds for salaries are paid from the county treasury.
