Ala. Code § 45-52-83.02: Expense Allowance.

Each member of the Jury Commission of Morgan County shall be paid an expense allowance of three hundred dollars ($300) per month. Such expense allowance shall be in lieu of any other expense allowances payable from the county and shall be paid from the general fund of the county.
