Ala. Code § 45-52A-60: Sale of Draft or Keg Beer.

The Hartselle City Council, by ordinance, may regulate and permit the sale of draft or keg beer by properly licensed retail licensees of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board for on-premises consumption and for off-premises consumption provided the beer sold for off-premises consumption may not exceed 288 ounces per customer per day which is sealed, labeled, packaged, and taxed in accordance with state and federal laws and regulations.
