Ala. Code § 45-54-242.24: Disposition of Funds.

All revenues arising from the taxes levied by this subpart shall be used exclusively and solely for public school purposes within Pickens County, including payment of principal of and interest on any obligations issued for public school purposes by Pickens County or by the Board of Education of Pickens County, and payment of all expenses, costs, fees, and commissions which may be incurred with respect to the issuance of any such obligations.
