Ala. Code § 45-54-70.01: Maintenance and Repair of Turnouts Abutting Public Roads.

The Pickens County Commission may perform maintenance or repairs operations at and to turnouts abutting public roads for the purpose of improving safety for the traveling public and/or to correct or prevent maintenance problems to the public roads. The scope and area of such operations shall be limited to that necessary to correct or prevent the problem to the public roads.
