For the purposes of this subpart, the following terms have the following meanings:
(1) D ESIGNATED LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY . A law enforcement agency within Pike County that is authorized by the sheriff to exercise the authority described in this subpart.
(2) L AW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER . Any state, county, or municipal officer certified by the Alabama Peace Officers’ Standards and Training Commis sion.
(3) R EGIONAL MENTAL HEALTH PROVIDER . An organization created pursuant to Chapter 51, Title 22.
