Ala. Code § 45-55-81.79: Disposition of Funds.

Effective immediately upon July 1, 2003, any and all revenues generated either directly or indirectly due to the use of or access to the improved recording, archiving, and retrieving system, the special recording fee from the probate court, and the special transaction fee shall be paid directly in the judge of probate fund created in Section 45–55–81.76. These funds shall be used at the discretion of the judge of probate and all such funds shall be audited by the Department of Examiners of Public Accounts.
