Ala. Code § 45-56-70.01: County Commission Maintenance and Repairs.

The Randolph County Commission may perform maintenance or repair operations at and to turn around areas for school buses abutting public roads for the purpose of improving safety for the traveling public or to correct or prevent maintenance problems to the public roads, or both. The scope and area of the operations shall be limited to that necessary to correct or prevent the problems to the public roads.
