Ala. Code § 45-56-83.40: Recording Requirements.

The Judge of Probate of Randolph County shall not receive for record or permit the recording of any instrument in which the title to real property is conveyed, unless the instrument has endorsed on it a printed, typewritten, or stamped statement, stating the mailing address of the grantee, or contains a statement of the addresses in the body of the instrument.
