Ala. Code § 45-56-83.68: Direct and Indirect Revenues Generated; Payment to Special Fund.

Effective May 6, 1998, any and all revenues generated either directly or indirectly due to the use of or access to the improved recording, archiving, and retrieving system shall be paid directly into the aforementioned special fund of the judge of probate created by Section 45–56–83.66. These funds shall be used at the discretion of the judge of probate.
