Ala. Code § 45-57-71.01: Land Description; Assessment.

When any assessment for project costs is made under this part, the chair of the county commission shall cause to be prepared a list showing the names of the property owners so assessed and opposite each name a description of the lot or parcel of land belonging to the owner assessed for the construction and improvements and the amount assessed against each lot or parcel of land.
