Ala. Code § 45-57-71.04: Assessment Objections or Defenses.

The notice provided for in Section 45–57–71.03 shall state that, at a time and place therein specified, not less than 20 days from the first date of publication, the Russell County Commission shall meet to hear and determine any objections or defense that may be filed to the assessments or the amounts thereof.
