Ala. Code § 45-57-82: Salary Supplement.

The County Commission of Russell County may grant, at its discretion, to the district attorney of the county a salary supplement in an amount not to exceed four hundred dollars ($400) per month. The supplement shall be in addition to any other compensation and expense heretofore provided by law.
