Ala. Code § 45-57-82.51: Liability During Acceptance or Participation in Pretrial Diversion Program.

The district attorney, his or her staff, any treatment provider, monitoring provider, or any other agency or service provider shall not have any liability, criminal or civil, for the conduct of any offender while participating in the pretrial diversion program or for acceptance of an offender into the program.
